Clams is something I have been eating since I was in single digit. Since then, it has been perfected. Thai basil, XO sauce, garlic butter, crab mix chilly, linguini clams, BBQ plain, sweet chilly fish sauce, etc. All cook with only natural clam juices. Which flavor do you want to try?

Hot Pot - Your Way

With great company, Hot pot is best served with lot of friends and family. Only used fresh ingredient. With the soup, I add 8 hours of chicken stock and seasoning from LA and some LOVE and CARE to satisfied any tummy both mild and SPICY.

Bun Rieu with Lobster and Crab

OK, I made plenty of Asian food and I always go for the fresh seafood. With the traditional Vietnamese soup, I added some King crab on top and some Dungeness crab on the side. The soup is a strong chicken base with dried squid, dried scallop, and dried shrimp. I also melt in the best tomato from the garden to balance the favor. Top it off with some CRAB and egg, fried tofu. Put some fresh vegi and onion on the side with a touch of XO sauce for spicyness.
