3 Gal Soysauce
1 Can Oyster Sauce
1.5 can of sugar
1.79 liter Black Soy Sauce
1 can MSG (not use for home)
1 cup garlic
1 cop ginger
1 cup seseme oil
1/2 can cooking wine
1/2 cup pepper
2 cup hoisen sauce
2 cup ground bean
1 cup dice green onion
2 can water
Home measurement (Not exact may need adjustments)
3 cup Soy Sauce (Kikkoman)
1/2 cup Oyster Sauce (
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup Black Soy Sauce
1/4 cup cooking wine (Michiu – Distilled Spirits of Rice)
1/4 cup hoisen sauce
1/4 cup ground bean
2 tbls dice green onion
2 tbls garlic
2 tbls ginger
1 tbls seseme oil
1 tbls pepper
1 cup water
Add and mix all ingredient in a 5 gallon bucket.
Use well for brown sauce, black bean sauce, satay sauce, etc.
