3 Serrano green pepper
3 jalapeño green pepper
3 yellow pepper
6 tomatillos (green tomato)
Instructions
Boil until light green (15 minutes)
Blend with 1 TSB garlic powder and 1 TSB Onion Powder and 1TSB salt.
Blend 2 can of tomato, garlic, onion powder, and salt (about 2 TSB each)
chop Onion, fresh hard tomato, 2 bunch cilantro.
Mix all together in a deep dish.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt to taste.
