Montreal Steak Seasoning

Steak of choice

Fresh Garlic
pinch Salt
pinch Sugar
pinch Pepper (black)
McCormick Montreal Steak seasoning
Vegetable Oil

touch of Garlic on each steak, sprinkle salt and sugar (depending on the thighness, sprinkle 2 time as much as you would on french fried), then sprinkle the Montreal steak evenly. Add some black pepper as well. Repeat for the other side of the steak.

Finally, pour some vegetable oil on the steak and then mix with your clean hands.

Next, heat up the grill to maximum temperature. Place steak on the grill and cook. The cooking time on the steak depend on your experience and perference.

Usually, I serve with corn and potato and garlic bread.
