Rub
1 TBs Cumin
1 TBs coriander
1 TBs Garlic
1/2 TBs Rose Mary
1/2 TBs garlic power
1/2 TBs Paprika
1/2 TBs Onion Power
1/4 TBs Cayenne
1/4 TBs Red Pepper/chili powder
Lemon Pepper — on the rib to start before rib rub (sprinkle and pat down)
— Put Rub after and let it rest overnight with cling wrap
Brown Sugar — on the Rib just before oven (Let it melt on the rib)
— Put to room temperature if time permits, then put brown sugar over it.
KC BBQ sauce on the Rib..
