2 cans: Young coconut drink (Frozen)
4 Tlbs: Fish Sauce
2 Tlbs: Sugar
Pepper to Taste
1 In: Fresh Ginger
1.5lbs: Cubed pork (1 Inch)
6 Boilded Eggs
Steam Rice
Combine the first five ingredients into a sauce pan. Heat until young coconut drink is melted. Add the pork. Bring pot to a slow boil and cook until meat is soft (at least 1 hours.) The last 1/2 hour, add eggs and cook. Serve with Steam rice.
NOTE: The gimes given are for a speedy version of this dish. The longer the dish cooks, the more tender the port. Just keep adding water. The finish sauce shoulbe be reduced to 1 to .5 cup of liquid.
