3-4 packages of Top Roman Noodles Oriental or Chicken Flavor
1 Large head green cubbage
1 dozen green onion stalks
1 cup shivered or sliced almonds
6-7 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1.5 cups cubed roasted turkey or chicken (optional
cook noodles to package directions. Reserving flavor packet for dressing. Chop green onions. Shred cabbage. Toast sesame seeds in oven or on a stove-top. You will need a large serving bowl.
Dressing
– Flavor package from noodles
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 1ts. Pepper or to taste
– 1/2 cup of light olive oil
– 1/2 cup rice vinegar
Mix dressing well with wisk or fork. Top salad and toss well just before serving. Salad is bes served with 12 hours of tossing. Cabbage does not keep well after 10-12 hours.
