Ingredients
Here is the recipe.
2 lbs of Korean Spare Ribs.
1/2 cup of the ground sauce found on this site.
1/4 cup of sugar
1/8 cup of Honey – Add a little more sugar if you don’t have honey
Dash of black pepper to you licking – optional
Dash of fresh chop/mush garlic – optional
Instructions
Marinate for a couple of days or 8 hours. and then Put it on the GRILL.
Cook until the Fat on the meat is sizzling on high heat.
Flip often near the end and watch out as it may catch on fire due to the fat dripping. 🙂

Tips
For perfection, you can always add more or less sugar for next time.
Other variation, cut up the meeting and wrap it in a taco flour shell. Add some cabage, hot sauce of you liking, or used it for Fried rice if you have left overs.
I tend to make extra when I have guesses. 🙂
