Ingredients

— Wrapper —
1 Bag Wheat Starch
1 tsp corn starch (Secret ingredient)
4 cup hot water

— Stuffing —
dice shrimp
dice crab
dice bamboo
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp wine
1 tsp sesame oil
corn starch (use to make the it dry and sticky)
Prepare the shrimp first by mixing all the ingredient for the stuffing.
Prepare the wrapper and wrap the stuffing.
