Chocolate Fondue Sauce

In a medium, heavy saucepan, combine

1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup milk
1-2 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP unsalted butter

Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and immediately add:

4 oz chocolate

Let stand for 1 minute, then whisk until smooth.

Note:
If you want a thicker sauce (so it doesn’t drip as much), increase the amount of chocolate or reduce the amount of milk or

cream. If you don’t have heavy cream, it still comes out good with just milk and butter.

What to dip in chocolate fondue

Anything that taste good with chocolate!
My favorites: strawberries and bananas
Restaurant also serves with pieces of snickers bars, marshmallows, squares of angel food cake, apples, grapes
