Crab Rangoon (Crab Wonton)
1 Pack Medium Wonton Wrapper (2×2)
2 Pack Cream Cheese
1 cup Fresh Crab (Dunguness) (imatation is OK)
1 tsp Seseme Oil
1 tsp Cooking Wine
2 tbls Worchestershire Sauce
pinch Sugar
pinch Garlic Power
pinch Salt
1 tbls Milk
1/2 Eggs
1/2 Gallon Frying oil
Mix the cream cheese, seseme oil, cooking wine, salt, sugar, garlic power, milk, crab, and eggs together in a mixing bowl.
set it in a refrigerator for 10 minutes to let it set a little.
Wrap the cream cheese with the wonton wrapper.
Fry in oil.
