Salt Bake (Magic Salt)

Salt bake for shrimp, crab, chicken, etc.

1 cup Salt
1 tbls 5 spices
1/2 cup black pepper
3/4 cup of sugar
MSG if you like (I don’t use it)

In a frying pan, fry salt until brown ~ 10 minutes (cinnamon color).

Let it cool for 10 minutes, add pepper and 5 spices (perfer to do it outside of the house or restaurant). Mix it well.

Let it cool completly 30+ minutes. Added the sugar and mix again.

Save it for other reciped.
