Shield Mai Shrimp (Dim Sum)

Usually order in restaurant (Served in 4 piece)

Wrapper:
1 Bag Wheat Starch
1 tsp corn starch (Secret ingredent)
4 cup hot water

Stuffing:
dice shrimp
dice crab
dice bamboo
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp wine
1 tsp seseme oil
corn starch (use to make the it dry and sticky)

Prepare the shrimp first by mixing all the ingredent for the stuffing.

Prepare the wrapper and wrap the stuffing.
